Dr Robert Mardus-Hall

Robert is a nuclear engineer with a PhD focused on multi-physics modelling of nuclear reactors. He has experience in both thermal hydraulic and neutronic reactor design and analysis that has been built up over the course of his education and professional development whilst working within the Nuclear Analysis Section at ANSTO, home to Australia’s only operating nuclear reactor.

As part of his professional roles Robert also has experience in the design and development of thermal hydraulic experimentation to aid in the validation and verification of computer models and ideas.

Through the implementation of new ideas and technologies, Robert hopes to develop a power source capable of reliable long term power supply to regions, and in locations, in which this is normally difficult.
