Dr Mark Ho is a reactor heat transfer specialist with over 20 years experience in ANSTO's Nuclear Analysis Section whose mission is to support the safe operation of the OPAL research reactor, providing multiphysics calculations for operational and safety analysis.  

Mark is interested in reactor design, computational fluid dynamics, coding and boiling dynamics and has supervised a number of Masters and PhD students. Mark advises on nuclear power developments and is active in IAEA discussions on nuclear power. 

Mark is the current President of the Australian Nuclear Association, a professional organisation promoting the peaceful, safe and effective use of nuclear science and technology.
